Your saved sign
The birthday calculator runs in your browser. It does not send your date of birth to our server. When you reveal your signs, only your Western sign and approximate Chinese animal sign are saved in localStorage on that device. You can remove the saved preference using the clear button in the welcome banner or your browser’s site-data settings.
Service and account data
Our hosting and database providers may process connection information, including IP addresses and technical request logs, to deliver and secure the service. Public readings do not require an account. Administrator accounts use Supabase Authentication; only authorized operators can access the editorial workspace.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page views, including referral sources, browser and device types, and approximate location. It does not use third-party cookies. We do not send your birthday, saved sign preferences, or administrator form contents as custom analytics events.
Optional analytics and cookies
If Google Analytics is enabled by the operator, it loads only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect access to readings. Previously created analytics cookies can also be removed in your browser’s site-data settings.
Advertising
This version contains reserved advertising space and does not load advertising code. If advertising is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated to explain the applicable providers and choices before ads are activated.
Messages and requests
If you contact us, your email provider and our contact provider will process your message. Send only information needed for your request. Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests applicable in your location.
Retention and changes
Saved sign preferences remain on your device until you remove them. Infrastructure logs and contact records are subject to the relevant provider and operator retention settings. The operator must provide its identity, contact details, configured retention periods and any applicable international-transfer disclosures before public launch.
